As a result of the amendments to the (VCR) Act, It will be law that all re-enactors belong to a living history re-enactment group and carry third party public liability insurance. As it is an offence to put on any form of “public” display (On public or private land) without such insurance.
All re-enactment groups will automatically fulfil this definition.

It is also an offence to carry realistic imitation firearms in public or on private land without reasonable cause to do so, I.e. re-enactment.
